Knowledge of day-to-day business and communication between all departments is essential.

Able to provide leadership and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills, both written an oral.

Valid driver’s license required.

Excellent customer care skills-Complaint handling.

Computer literacy ,especially ability to use Opera essential.

Achieves customer satisfaction and rooms revenue goals by supervising Front Office employees.

Lead, motivate and engage all members of your team.

Ensure that there is a focus on the continual improvement of service.

Implement effective training plans and development structures for your teams.

Be fully conversant with FO policies and procedures as well and maintaining and implementation.
