A tertiary qualification at a hotel school or something similar will be strongly recommended.

Management of entire Front Office Department

Excellent Leadership skills - Lead by example

Manage budgets - guide the reservations team

Excellent Guest & Staff relations skills required.

Strong administrative and managerial skills required.
