Min. 5 years F/O Management experience in large Game Lodge / Hotel

To supervise and control all Front of House areas to the standards laid down by the Company,

maximizing revenues and profits to agreed budgetary limits.

Full knowledge of OPERA PMS Systems

Salary   R18 000 – R 19 000 negotiable within reason
