International Hotel Group are recruiting for an experienced Front Office Team Leader
Main Duties & Responsibilities
To attend briefings daily briefings & follow up on any pending items.
Plan operations and allocate duties for the shift.
To perform all check-ins and check outs of hotel guests as per the standard policy and procedure of the hotel.
To ensure that all department & guest reports, dockets and correspondence are completed accurately and punctually.
To ensure all takings for the day is correct, balanced and banked according to hotel policy and procedure.
To adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures as laid down and prescribed from time to time.
To carry out any other function and responsibility as is directed by management and ensure the smooth running of the front desk.
To be aware of all the promotions and functions within the hotel.
Ensure that the guest has a pleasant stay by supervision of: room allocations, smooth checkin & checkout and special requirements of the guest.
Ensure that all the operational standards set for all the processes are followed.
Maintains excellent relationships and professionalism among all associates.
Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction. ?
Required Qualifications & Experience ?

Diploma / Degree from a reputable hotel school.
Must have 2-3 years’ experience in same or similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
Guest | staff focused.
Team orientation.
Must be flexible with regards to working hours.
A motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. ?
