A Administrative Receptionist is a people centred and welcoming individual who constantly interacts with the organisation’s clientele, this isn’t all however, as the Administrative Receptionist is also a diligent and accurate administrative clerk who is skilled in data capture and in the compiling of quotations, purchase orders and invoices to name but a few functions.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:00 to 17:00

Saturday 08:00 – 13:00


Skills required include:

• Experience clerical administration

• Goods Receiving

• Petty cash

• Data capture

• Online Banking Systems

• Strong people skills

• Cash reconciliation skills

• Sage Evolution (optional – in house training will be provided but prior experience will be beneficial)

• Switchboard operator experience

• Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Remuneration:

• R11,000.00 per Month

• Membership to Provident fund with employer contributions

• Optional medical aid membership

• 3 Months’ probation period
