Candidates Requirements

• Matric
a qualification in Management Development would be advantageous (Negotiable based on experience).
• Minimum 3 years relevant fuel station management experience (WITHIN BP).
• Must have excellent numeracy skills with attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate-NAMOS (know current BP Systems).- must have.
• Workable knowledge of the Motor Industry Bargaining Council directives and Main Agreement.
• Must be able to work independently and be able to work overtime when required.
• Excellent customer service- , managerial and sale skills.
• Must be reliable and honest with sober habits.
• Valid driving license and access to own / reliable transport.
• Willing to relocate if necessary.
