Fund Administrator
We looking for an experienced and qualified Fund administrator who is accountable , meticulous with high attention to detail and client service orientation.
? Accurate capturing and processing of client instructions
? Ensure that the SLA objectives are met in terms of business process
? Follow up with clients for outstanding documents
? Timeous resolution of internal and external queries
? Ensure that ad hoc admin processes are completed timeously ( Daily mail and EOD)
? Understand the Financial services industry
? In depth knowledge of the Financial intelligence centre Act and Due diligence requirements
? Ensure appropriate and quick resolution of all client queries
? Deal with client queries directly with clients or via the contact centre
? Basic understanding of the ETF product requirements
? Manage work load independently to ensure daily deadlines are met
Must have a minimum of 2 years Fund Administration & or Unit trust experience.
Must have minimum of a matric qualification, tertiary certificate is advantageous.
