FUNERAL ARRANGING OFFICER
The position is available at our Mosselbaai branch.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
1. Customer Service: professional handling of client, accuracy of information given2. Funeral Arranging: accurate data capturing, professional handling of client3. Funeral Administration: accuracy of data input, effective consolidation of all data4. Debtor management: follow up on funeral accounts; feedback given to relevant parties on state of debtors5. Online procurement system: ordering supplies from preferred supplier only; consolidates all the necessary paperwork; send through to Accounts Payable timeously
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 or NQF equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Knowledge of the funeral industry would be advantageous
Valid drivers licence - 3-4 years old (should you not be in possession of a valid driver’s license you will not be shortlisted or considered for the position).
Good communication in English and another official South African language
Willingness to do standby duty and after hour removals
