Key Responsibilities:
Drive and execute an integrated marketing plan to support the proven sales system that has been in place for 20 years.
Strategic inputs and creative thinking to meet sales targets with drive and ambition.
Organize Focus group discussion with team players and be a team leader.
Analyse the business performance and provide insights to grow business using marketing levers.
Optimize engagement with fellow team members and coach and develop individuals.
Build Good knowledge of industry trends, competitor insights, and customer buying behaviour.
Deliver quality leads to the sales team and ensure that sales and marketing are aligned on program execution measured through follow up of leads.
Improve the way business is set up and executed. Take initiatives to address key processes that are in need of improvement.

Key skills/accountabilities for the role include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proven high level presentation skills.
Experience dealing with clients and customers is an advantage.
Knowledge of the financial market and competitors is an advantage.
Strong ability to motivate and achieve results through others.
The ability to plan, motivates, lead, organize, execute to achieve business results
Good organizational ability and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions,
Degree in a related discipline
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and demanding environment.
