Our Client, a luxurious game lodge, urgently requires the services of a safari game guide for a 6 month contract. This position will be interchangeable with their over border game lodges for a period of 6 months at each.

Requirements

A valid South African driver’s license and a Professional Driving Permit (PDP)/Passport
First Aid/ Advanced Rifle Handling certificate
THETA/DEAT registration
FGASA level 2 / full Trails Guide qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in walking with dangerous game
A passion for nature, wildlife and conservation, bush environment and our ecosystem
Excellent conversation skills with the ability to impart knowledge to guests
Exceptional happy and outgoing disposition
Energetically function well under pressure and long hours
Sensitive and comfortable in dealing with a variety of cultures

Salary and benefits: R24000.00/month 6 weeks on duty/2 weeks off
