Mature individual with solid relevant experience. Oversee Maintenance Team, Report to General Managers and Group Maintenance Manager. Ensure job cards are completed. Ensure ALL tasks are complete according to the schedule set out by GM's and Maintenance Manager. Ensure the entire team work according to the snag list as set by the GM's. Must be able to work with the team - a hands-on supervisor. Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar position and experience in supervising a team. Plumbing and Electrical experience are highly preferred. Drivers licence and reliable transport. Excellent communication skills-especially in English (spoken and written) Microsoft Office knowledge.
