Client Analyst position is available with a great company in the Johannesburg East area. The client is looking for someone who can work well in a team with excellent problem solving skills and who is highly self-motivated.

Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second line support for the company.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, implement and support all aspects of the client infrastructure including technologies, but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing, wireless networking, VPN access, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP issues and other end point devices.
• Hardware and Software Asset Inventory and Print Server management.
• Address and escalate tickets from the Help Desk (ITGSC) and Single Point of Contact (SPOC), in troubleshooting problems and to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Troubleshoot, support and maintain the Microsoft SharePoint environment on a local and global scale.
• Perform other duties as assigned by GBS management.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12 Certification.
• Minimum qualification of MCSA, MCSE with SharePoint experience is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory and other administration tools.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
