* Plant reliability, operability and MTBF (Maintain 99.4% Factory Efficiency)
* Execution of Key CAPEX Projects

Background work experience:

* 3 years Plant Maintenance Manager with GCC
* 5+ years RCM, TPM, CBM
* 3+ years Execution of Key CAPEX Projects
* 5+ years Creating a Culture of Safety
* Min N6. Pref for BSc/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Discipline
* Ability to maximise OEE
* GCC, GMR 2.1 Appointee of Manufacturing Plant
* Proactive Maintenance Strategies and Best practices such as RCM, TPM, CBM
* Strategic CAPEX, diriving plant improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost savings
* Driving Safety throughout the plant, minimising and preventing incidents
* Advantageous: Plastics Manufacturing Experience
