What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the FMCG Plant Maintenance sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Driving Safety Strategy and execution
* Developing and execution of Sustainable Development initiatives
* Develop and Execute Maintenance Strategy
* Continuously improve maintenance practices
* Manage Day-to-day Maintenance Activities
* Lead and Mentor Technical Team (Teach them to fish)
* Coordinate Internal Resources and Stakeholders to Ensure Success
* Manage Financial Budgets and Forecasts
* Run the Operation as if it was your business

* Electrical 3 Phase - Reticulation
* Adv: Exposure to Complex Food Batch Processing Operations
