Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Engineering Department
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance (Mechanical, Electrical & Process)
Health and Safety standards are adhered to
Ensure that all products are manufactured optimally
Continuous improvement of processes, machine efficiency and maintenance
Provide cost effective maintenance plan and ensure uptime and minimal downtime
Drive and support all engineering processes and improvements to ensure achievement of operational goals
Ensure all financial and reporting compliance in terms of overall productivity/production
Develop and implement budgets
Staff management, mentorship and development
Minimum requirements for application:

B.Eng./National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
GCC compulsory (Government Certificate of Competency)
Strong working knowledge of preventative maintenance and systems
Knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley advantageous)
Root cause analysis and knowledge of SAP
Must have at least 5-10 years practical hands-on experience in all engineering disciplines, including at a management level of at least 5-7 years.
