Required Qualifications
Grade 12 certificate
CA with 2-3 years’ experience or BCom with 10-15 years’ experience in Management
Advanced computer literacy skills, especially Excel

Responsibilities
Provide and interpret financial information
Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends
Analyse change and advise accordingly
Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
Research and report on factors influencing business performance
Analyse competitors and market trends
Develop financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Overall management of the Company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
First point of contact in liaising with internal and external auditors
Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts eg auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue
Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
Prepare budgets and forecasts to specific deadlines
Supervise, train and develop staff
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation. Ensure that the Company is compliant
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures in line with Africa Group Policies and Procedures
Monitor and manage BBBEE information as provided by Procurement Co-Ordinator before submission to relevant parties
Complete duties as per SIRO requirements
Will be required to work overtime from time to time

Basic annual salary - R515 416.79 - R670 014.18
