The individual will be responsible for managing a the team of sales consultants and all other personnel and motivating them to produce the highest level of customer service.

• FINANCIAL QUALIFICATION C.A / ACCOUNTING + MBA
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY / MINING MACHINERY
• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH & AFRIKAANS FLUENTLY

Able to engage, lead and develop a team to deliver top quartile performance.
Highly organized, driven and results oriented.
Good problem solving skills, able to pick up new things with little direction and work outside of comfort zone.
Strong communicator both verbally and written to all levels within and outside of the organization.
Solid accounting knowledge.
• Minimum 7 years of total finance experience, with 3 years in financial/operations management preferably in the Construction / Minining Machinery industry. Accounting experience a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with specific financial/business systems required
• Proficient PowerPoint presentation skills required.
• Highest standards of accuracy and organization required. Ability to gathers and analyze data/information quickly and skillfully.
• High level of ownership of assigned tasks and independent initiative.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a highly dynamic environment. Adaptable to change and able to manage competing demands. Ability to adhere to stringent timetables and capacity to manage multiple work streams.
