Hotel Management Diploma.

Minimum 6 years GM experience in 4* Hotels required.

Exceptionally strong managerial skills, hands on.

Strong F/B - Banqueting, Financial, Front Office skills required.

Must be able to make decisions independantly and responsibly

Excellent Leader, Lead by example.

Excellent English communication skills required.

Good computer literacy.

Excellent management ability and communication skills

A clear understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures

A developmental approach to staff

Assertiveness, patience and good organizational skills

Salary R 60 000 - R 70 000.
