General Manager | Bethlehem | 3 Star Lodge

We are currently looking for a GENERAL MANAGER for this 3 star lodge and animal sanctuary located just outside of Bethlehem. They offer a wide range of activities for the guest, game drives, bird watching and hiking trails as well as trips to the nearby Golden Gate National Park, Clarens or Lesotho. The lodge can cater for up to 55 guests, ranging from self-catering chalets to double rooms

As ideal candidate you will have at least 5 years’ experience in the following:

Human resource management
Financial Management
Project Management
Marketing Management
Hospitality Management
Tourism Marketing
Technical competence/ awareness
Computer literacy
Proficiency in at least English and Afrikaans
Must be very professional

The following will be an advantage:

NGO experience
Experience working in an international company

Salary Package

R35 – 42 000, depending on experience
Company vehicle for conducting business activities and may be subject to fringe benefit tax
Pension: When contract becomes permanent
Medical Aid: Optional – on appointment
Mobile Phone: Provided with limited contract for business use
Laptop: Provided according to IT specifications for the position
Starting date: ASAP
