Hotel Management Diploma with further 5 years Bistro - Restaurant experience required.

to oversee the entire day to day running of the business

Make sure store managers are running their respective stores efficiently,

Achieve their targets and maintaining the service and standards we have in place.

The candidate would need to fill out weekly reports on each store

and meet with the Director once a week to present invoices and store reports.

Must be able to handle pressure and problems.

Needs to be honest and very reliable and be able to assess each store

and its requirements.

Needs to be dynamic, prepared to give up weekends, good with managers and support staff,

motivating them as well as being able to make them better staff overall.

Salary R 40 000 - R 50 000 a month for the right individual
