General Manager / Branch Manager – Northern Cape - Kuruman

Educational Requirements:

Matric

Must have Food and Beverage qualification

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 5 Years’ experience in the same role

Must have experience in the Food and Beverage Industry / Hospitality

Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook

Must have good command of the English language

Strong Leadership skills

Self- motivated & disciplined

High attention to detail

Results driven individual

Responsibilities:

Management of staff

Plan and manage staff where necessary

Overseeing of Stock control

Performing inspections ensuring all standards are met

Manage budgets, revenues, training and expense controls

Managing food & beverage costs

Implement & adjust menus as well as pricing where necessary

Analyse and interpret operations results

Compile necessary reports (weekly & monthly)

Determine and implement corrective / proactive measures

Knowledge of operational standards and procedures within the industry

Good staff relations to maintain a comfortable and productive working environment for all concerned

Conflict resolution

Ensure policies & procedures are being adhered to

General Admin

Additional information:

Salary – Negotiable on Experience

Must be willing to work shifts and weekends

Location: Northern Cape - Kuruman
