Your key job responsibilities as the General Manager/ COO in Johannesburg will include?

- Business development and sales
- Client strategy, relationship management, and direction
- Operations management – creative, design, video, post, animation, eventing, digital, and marketing departments (process and budgeting)
- Working with finance, HR, support services, and legal departments – health of the business
- Overall business performance and financial reporting and analysis (together with FD)

Requirements for this General Manager/ COO job in Johannesburg:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in skills and experience
- 5+ years in agency or corporate marketing
- Communicative and articulate – an ability to influence and communicate effectively to senior-level leadership as well as functional management
