My client is looking for a distinguished, result-orientated and driven General Manager with a strong background in Business Development, Sales and Marketing but who also has proven experience in leading a business unit with autonomy, ensuring targets are met, growth strategy is in place, implemented and achieved. The type of individual will be that of an achiever, someone who needs to be the best and who is driven by reaching targets and achieving results. Qualification:

BCom in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or similar

MBA – highly advantageous

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to ensure overall effectiveness of the organisation through being the best at market-share and deploying the most product within the region.
