Chartered Accountants with PG qualification from reputed Institutions

Role and Responsibility •

Assimilate market intelligence and develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and
• Objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
• Approve Company Code of Conduct, Operational Procedures, Policies and Standards.
• Oversee the implementation and execution of the strategies and as head of Company operations,
• Product design, marketing and selling, quality assurance, service, etc., and cost-effective management of resources.
• Recruit, Train and Develop Human Capital to engender a working environment that fosters high
• Performance of executives in attaining objectives compliant to established policies of the Company.
• Acquire the Infrastructure and supporting structures to support the business.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining
• Objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Promote the company by marketing and networking with all stake holders, using all avenues.
• Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions.
• Promote the company to local, regional, national, and international constituencies.
• Identify and conduct negotiations with likely Partners/ banks/ finance institutions for the provision of the necessary funding sources
and associated terms and conditions Moreover build a fundraising network.
• Present company report at Annual Stockholder and Board of Director meetings.
• Direct company planning and policy-making committees.
• Identify acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation activities.
• Other additional responsibilities if assigned or as stated in agreement.

Required Profile

(Candidate should have exposed to)
•Candidates worked in Central and East African countries having relevant experience shall be preferred.
• Should be preferably a finance graduate with post-graduation in management specialized in Finance from a reputed institution.
• Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience of Finance & Accounting in Leadership Position
• Should be computer savvy and should be proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Have knowledge of a wide range of Finance techniques and concepts
• Be able to respond well to pressure
• Work well in a team and with a wide range of people
• Be organized and methodical
• Be proactive and able to take the initiative
• Be well presented with a professional manner
• Have a good business awareness
• Be able to work within budget
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
Behavioural Attributes Required •Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
in a diverse community.
• Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
Preferable industry/ company MNC’s- Specifically from Middle East & African region.
