Our client in the Hospitality industry urgently seeks the services of a General Manager for their establishment in CT.
Extensive Food and Beverage Experience in a 5 star environment non-negotiable.
Must have Casino and 5 star hotel experience non-negotiable.
Large property experience non-negotiable.

Requirements:
• Driver’s License a must.
• Management experience (6 Years).
• Hospitality experience (6 Years).
• Computer Literacy – Word, Excel, Office, Outlook.
• Pastel would be advantageous.
• Banqueting experience.
• Experience in dealing with unions will be a further advantage.
• Age 35 > 47 only SA Nationals to apply.

Responsibilities
• Manage ± 490 staff.
• Control and manage stock.
• Control and manage cash including banking.
• Control and manage assets.
• Banqueting Management, control.
• Analyze and interpret daily unit results.
• Determine and implement corrective / proactive action.
• Manage point of sale system.
• Support the implementation of the Business Plan.
• Support and Manage HR industrial relations.
• Knowledge of operational standards of the client.
• Control Costs.
• Financial Feasibility of the unit.
• Management of overall profitability and budgets of the unit in its entirety.
• A strong sense of analytical skills, decision making, problem solving, results focused, self-motivating, strong leadership skills.
• Good staff relations to maintain a comfortable and productive working environment for all concerned.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• An independent thinker to manage creatively and competently.
• Manage team performance.
• Manage customer relationship.
