General Manager | Lagos, Nigeria | 4 Star Hotel

We are currently looking for an experienced GENERAL MANAGER to join this beautiful 4 Star Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria.

The Hotel is situated along the beach, where guest can experience the true atmosphere of Lagos, with its local markets, shopping areas and local bars/restaurant just around the corner.

The GM will be reporting directly to the owner of the resort and will be responsible for the full operation

Skills and experience required for the General Manager Position

Degree in Hotel management/Hospitality
excellent operational skills in accommodation and restaurants
at least 3 years’ experience in GM position from similar establishment
Good knowledge and experience in marketing and accounting
Must be proficient in front office and guest relations services
Recommended age is 35 -45 years old but not limited
The GM will be in charge of running the whole hotel 57 bedrooms, a staff compliment of 120 employees and 9 Managers
Must be flexible and able to work long hours

Salary Package

Salary $2500 to $4500 depending on experience
One bedroom apartment within the hotel premises with meals
Return flights and visa
Company car and driver
Local Medical insurance
Single status
It’s a 3 year contract with possible extension
Annual flights home
Any additional benefits will be discussed in the interview
