Hospitality / Lodge Management Qualification with further 4 years solid management

Luxury African Expedition experience required.

Experience in remote 5* Game Lodges / Boutique Hotels required

Overall management for Expedition and Under Canvas, including operations, conservation, R&M, kitchen, financial

Direct line management responsibility for the Expeditions and Under Canvas senior management team and indirectly for a team of staff

Budget and forecast creation, management and control in conjunction with the Lodge Administrator and the Regional Finance Manager.

Overall control of the entire operation.

Strong managerial experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication

Energetic, proactive person with well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience,

and the ability to provide that experience.

Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation

Driven, energetic, compassionate and ambitious, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Unrelenting attention to detail and high standards

Structured manager with experience of leading diverse teams

Practical with some experience of maintenance

Experience in mobile camping and safaris advantageous

Open minded and able to think outside of the box

Competent financial and IT skills

Excellent Guest Relations skills required.

Salary BWP 25 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
