Minimum Requirements...

• A relevant mechanical, electrical engineering technical degree or five years' experience in similar role, preferably within the manufacturing environment
• Project management experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and understanding o ISO 9000/14 000/22 000 or similar Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of Employment Legislation and familiarty with MEIBC will be an advantage
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into operational plans
• Excellent communication at all levels of the Organisation
• Ability to make right decisions under pressure
• Hig levels of candour, advocacy, integrity and ethics
• Leadership skills that supprt transformation and change
Job Specification...
• Implement the Operational strategy and plans to support the overall Divisional and Group Strategies
• Drive Sales to meet and exceed budget whilst maintaining the Gross Contribution and Gross Margin levels to ensure profitability of the business
• Ensure implementation of appropriate financial controls and reprting, including but not limited to Debtors, Creditors, Purchasing, Inventory, Operational costs and Remuneration
• Manage the commercial relationships with existing and new customers
• Manage overall production processes from planning through to physical production and maintenance
• Manage and plan working capital whilst maintaining stock levels to support 100% on time delivery to customers and ensure achievement of required effeciencies whilst minimizing waste
• Support and lead the Company in matters of Quality, Health and Safety thus ensuring full compliance to relevant legislation, insurances, certifications and customer requirements
• Select, develop, motivate and lead a high calibre team of people
• Promote the required transformation through Employment Equity and other initiatives to enable the business to achieve its transformation agenda
• Lead business growth and projects to support Moulding's current market position
