VACANCY : GENERAL MANAGER - RESTAURANT - PLETTENBERG BAY

The candidate will do the General Management of all Departments of the Restaurant as follows ; Staffing, Functions, FOH, BOH Stock control, menu planning & Financial planning.
• Someone who has had previous food and beverage experience
• Must have at least 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
• A tertiary hospitality qualification or similar an advantage
• Must have organised events
• Experience on stock management systems is vital,
• Experience in managing profit and loss is also vital.
• Must have previous Menu planning and stock control experience
• Must have placed Orders and done inventories
• Must be skilled in Managing staff
• Must have good FOH skills.
• Must know how to Manage a kitchen
• Must have own license and car
• Must live in Plett or Knysna or close surrounds and have their own accommodation

Working hours : Monday to Sunday (normal hours relating to the hospitality industry and flexibility during high season).
