Responsible for organizing and directing the designated sector’s sales and marketing strategy, business plan and activities, providing direction and leadership, ensuring, commercial success and increased profit margins and market share through continuous market analysis, environmental scanning, New Business Development and efficient resource planning and cost effective budget control. Leading a team of high performing Sales representatives as well as manage all account activities within the designated sector. The Sector lead will provide motivational leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Consultants in order to achieve performance objectives.A minimum of 8 years experience in a Sales and or General Management role of which at least 5 years must have been within the Chemical Cleaning Industry
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales Management Role with responsible for a turnover of at least 5 mil Rand
Knowledge of chemical cleaning materials within the Poultry, Food Services, Retail, and Food Processing production plant will be a requirement
Proven track record in the successful management of a team of Sales and Service Consultants meeting and exceeding budgets on a consistent basis.Grade 12 or NQF equivalent
Tertiary qualification in Food Science or Agriculture & Tertiary qualification in Sales and or Marketing will be essential
Business Management qualification advantageous
