Requirements
Experience in the management of the Steel Manufacturing Industry essential

Duties
• Quality & Accuracy of finished products
• Conducting tests & inspections of products, services or processes to evaluate quality or performance
• Inspecting Equipment or material
• Rotating through different tasks
• Supervise Managers & staff
• Coordinate business operations
• Develop business strategies
• Work directly with clients
• Maintain & develop existing & new customers through planned individual account support & liaison with internal order processing staff
• Oversee budgets
• Set goals for departments or divisions based on company’s plans
• Hiring, Training & Coaching of employees
• Monitor & write reports on business operations for executive management
• Adhere to local & external relevant health & safety laws & policies
• Use personal judgment & initiative to develop effective & constructive solutions to challenges & obstacles in activities & procedures
• Negotiate contracts for sales and purchases, manage and renew contracts as required to enable effective trading & operations for customer and supplier relations
• Attend meetings & contribute to company strategy & policy making as required
• Optimizing current systems
• Controlling Machines & processes
• Getting information from relevant sources
• Repairing and maintenance
