General Manager required for 5 Star Estate/Lodge in Stellenbosch. Candidates with a formal Chef/Culinary Arts qualification will be preferred. Suitable candidates will have 8+ years Senior Chef or GM experience in a Hotel/Lodge environment. Estate consists of 2 Restaurants 1 Function hall a Gallery and accommodation. Applicants must be skilled in multi-facet management. Knowledge of general Hotel/Lodge financial workings essentials. Will be expected to operate complete operation from A to Z.
