Our Client is looking for a General Manager.General Mangers responsibility wouold be to:Manage +- 700 staffOversee Operation in terms of staff canteenNight Club, 5 restaurants, 10 Bars, 6000 pax ArenaControl and manage stockControl and manage cash including bankingControl and manage assetsBanqueting Management, controlAnalyze and interpret daily unit resultsDetermine and implement corrective / proactive actionManage point of sale systemSupport the implementation of the Business PlanSupport and Manage HR industrial relationsKnowledge of operational standards of HLMControl CostsFinancial Feasibility of the unitManagement of overall profitability and budgets of the unit in its entiretyA strong sense of analytical skills, decision making, problem solving, results focused, self motivating, strong leadership skillsGood staff relations to maintain a comfortable and productive working environment for all concernedEnsure adherence to company policies and proceduresAn independent thinker to manage creatively and competentlyManage good Client relationsManage team performanceManage Customer relationshipCandidate must have:Management experience (8 Years)Hospitality experience (8 Years)Full Computer Literacy – Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, Micros, Kronos, Materials ControlBanqueting, Hotel management, F&B, Casino experience (necessary).Experience in dealing with unions (advantage).Should you not receive a response within 2 weeks, assume your application unsuccessful.
