Our auto dealer client in Mahikeng is looking for a General Manager to join their reputable group.

Duties / Responsibilities:
•Manage all dealership aspects including: New and Used Sales, Parts, and Service department.
•Implement marketing strategies in order to optimize business opportunities and to ensure that sales and market share objectives of both the New and Used vehicle sales department.
•Ensure that all departments comply with all relevant company policies and procedures as well as statutory regulations.
•Manage dealership profits and ensure high levels of productivity in all departments.
•Build a strong team while new Dealership is under construction and take control of this business whilst development takes place.


Requirements:
•A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ management experience in the motor industry; a relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
•Management and self-driven abilities coupled with exceptional analysis & problem solving skills.
•Development and implementation of policies and procedures, healthy business ethics and professional client service.
•Valid motor vehicle drivers license.
•Prepared to relocate to Mahikeng.
