General Manager needed in Polokwane

Requirements:
• Matric or equilivent qualification
• Tertiary qualifications will be an advantage
• Sales and management courses will be an advantage
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle
• Must have at least 3 years Senior Management experience
• Must be a quick thinker, self-motivated problem solver, dynamic
• Must be sales and customer service orientated

Responsibilities:
• Managing and running of the branch
• Managing a staff component of 30 employees
• All duties pertaining to HR
• Manage and motivate the Sales Team
• Oversee and manage the stores employees
• Delegate and oversee the workflow, production, quoting and planning to ensure smooth operations
• Manage company’s finances and procurement
• Customer relations - both for new sales and after sales

Remuneration:
R24,000 CTC (Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)
+ Company Phone and Fuel allowance
