Job Description:
Looking for a General Manager (GM) for a very dynamic Out Of Home Media Agency.

The position will be responsible for profitability. There is a GM Operations and a Sales Director that take care of most of the functions however the GM will co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day activities.

Profile / Job description of the General Manager

3 to 5 years’ experience in Managing a business
Able to create and maintain relationships at all levels with clients, suppliers and local authorities.
Self-motivated and flexible, good negotiator and team leader and player.
University graduate in Business Management or Business School Graduate, or MBA, or a proven track record in managing profit centers
Good knowledge or work experience in the Out Of Home Media (OOH) industry.
Able to lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled employees to success by achieving the branch budgets and projects: Sales, Gross Profit, EBIDTA, Cashflow, TAX compliance, Projects developments, etc.
Other requirements:

Fluent in English written and spoken
Driver license
Computer skills required: Good knowledge and use of Windows, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word , Email
