Become part of something exciting!!! This pinnacle appointment will report to the Chief Operating Officer. The GM will cultivate long standing relationships with suppliers, customers and shareholders. You will manage the development and implementation of the regional business strategy through effectively managing and networking with potential suppliers.

We require a specific skillset and candidates applying will need to comply with relevant policies, procedures and gaming legislation in this highly regulated and competitive market.



Qualification:

Tertiary qualification (3 years) in Finance, Sales or Marketing

MBA or relevant post graduate qualification is desirable



Skills & Experience:

Exposure to business franchising models is desirable

LPM or similar industry is desirable

Must have demonstrable experience of managing a large team

Proficient in English and Zulu will be an advantage

Exceptional report writing skills

Proficient in MS Excel and Word



Job Description:

Monthly and quarterly reporting to Board of Directors, ensuring that they are informed on relevant issues affecting the organization and business.

Manage and develop the relationship with LPM sites, ensuring that any disputes or complaints are resolved in a professional and timeous manner.

Setting targets and budgets.

Leading the roll-out and expansion of the LPM network in the KZN region

Understanding and developing product and marketing strategies to support the business

Effective time management to ensure all deadlines are met.
