General Manager.

Hotel - Lagos - Nigeria is looking for an experienced General Manager.

We are looking for a highly motivated, driven and a proven manager. Southern African residents.

6 - 7  years hotel management experience in medium sized Hotel required
Hospitality management qualification
Strong leadership skills
Be guest-centric ensuring great experiences
Innovative and creative - To drive the hospitality at the Hotel to new levels
Must be proven and experienced in managing, training, cost control and have strong administrative skills.
Must have knowledge of hotel marketing
Must be proficient in front office and guest relations
Must have knowledge of hotel accounting
Must be fit and able to endure long hours as we not looking for an office based GM
Must be proficient hospitality management in an multi-cultural environment
Recommended age is 35 -45 years old but not limited
One bedroom apartment within the hotel premises with meals
Return flights ,visa covered by company
Company car and driver
Medical
Salary R 55 000 - R 58 000  negotiable - plus free house and company benefits.
