On behalf of our client a highly successful South African Enterprise, we are actively seeking a General Manager to join their growing team.

Duties;

Manage & Support Senior Management
Draft a corporate plan and business plan on an annual basis
Providing sound, knowledge and strategic advice to Board Members
Keeping up to date with the industry developments and ensuring policies and procedures are in place
Build and maintain customer relationships
Review and approve budgets and ensure budgets are met
Representing the TSCL in C suite level negotiations with external professionals
Working with HR, aiding in the recruitment process of new staff members

Requirements;

5-10+ years experience
BA/MBA
Excellent Communication skills
Must have an entrepreneurial mind set, be confident in implementing changes and identifying potential opportunities
Previous supervisory/managerial experience
