Key Duties & Responsibilities




  • Manage +- 400 staff

  • Control and manage stock

  • Control and manage cash including banking

  • Control and manage assets

  • Banqueting Management, control

  • Analyze and interpret daily unit results

  • Determine and implement corrective / proactive action

  • Manage point of sale system

  • Support the implementation of the Business Plan

  • Support and Manage HR industrial relations

  • Knowledge of operational standards of client

  • Control Costs

  • Financial Feasibility of the unit

  • Management of overall profitability and budgets of the unit in its entirety

  • A strong sense of analytical skills, decision making, problem solving, results focused, self motivating, strong leadership skills

  • Good staff relations to maintain a comfortable and productive working environment for all concerned

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

  • An independent thinker to manage creatively and competently

  • Manage team performance

  • Manage Customer relationship



Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements




  • Drivers License a must

  • Management experience (8 Years)

  • Hospitality experience (8 Years)

  • Computer Literacy – Word, Excel, Office, Outlook

  • Banqueting experience

  • Hotel management experience an advantage

  • Experience in dealing with unions will be a further advantage.
