General Office Administrator
Job Overview
We are looking for a General Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide a bullet
• Filing of customer invoices (debtors account)
• Assist with cycle counting when required
• All general admin duties including faxing, filing, sorting, capturing as required
• Capturing / Scanning of POD’s.
• Processing of Credit notes in case of incorrect quantities received, price differences and damaged goods retuned.
• Reconciling of Petty Cash
• investigating variances i.e price / quantity differences ect
• Resolving queries with customers
• Filing of: delivery notes / orders/ invoices / suppliers ect
• Honesty and integrity
• Value diversity
• Responsibility and Accountability to customers
• Urgency and energy
Qualifications
• Grade 12
• 2 Years general administration duties
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Strong organization skills with problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
