Hill Street Manor Guesthouse is looking for new staff members to join our team. The job post is immediately available. Hill Street Manor is a small guesthouse of nine rooms and we are seeking people who are competent and able to fill the role required. We are situated in Grahamstown and it provides fantastic opportunity for young people especially. Grahamstown is well known for its schools and its university and stays busy throughout the year.
The job will consist of a wide variety of tasks in order to keep the daily operation of the guesthouse up to the standard that is required and beyond.

Duties include the following:
• Front of house and interacting with our valued clients.
• Emailing guests, bookings, sending invoices, taking payments.
• Familiarity of Hotelier and nightsbridge beneficial
• Setting up for conferences and functions.
• Room checks.
• Oversee meals and quality control.
• Be able to manage shift work and late check-ins on shift when required.
• English verbal and written skills must be excellent.
• Competent on MS Word
• Previous experience in hospitality highly favourable but not essential.
• NB! Able to stick to company policy and operating procedures.

Remuneration is as follows:
R5500 – R8000 depending on capability and experience.
