Prior experience as a receptionist can be advantageous but is not a necessary.
Receptionists are the ones that meet and greet clients and potential clients once they enter a facility. They can answer any questions clients may have or provide paperwork for new potential clients. They are also the last person clients see as they take care of scheduling for the clients next visit and handle any billing concerns.

You must be:
- Well organised
- Have telephone mannerisms
- Exceptional listening skills
- Computer literate
- Good time management
- Self-reliant
- Work of your own initiative
