Position - Genesys Engineer.

Key Purpose - Genesys Engineer required to engineer and design business platforms and systems.

Skills Required

• Install and configure Genesys 8.x suite of products
• Integrate Genesys solutions with third-party hardware and software.
• Must have a BS in CS, MIS, engineering or related and 5 yrs of related exp.
• Must be proficient in Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Voice based switches (TDM or IP), Unix, MS Windows, Linux, CTI, Genesys, WFM, CCPulse and Informart.
• Must have SIP Server certification and Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) 8.x Certification from Genesys University.
• Must have experience in developing Self Service and Assisted Service Applications.
• In-depth understanding of Genesys GVP 8.x Architecture
• In-depth understanding of Genesys GVP Installation, Configuration and Management
Genesys GVP 8 Troubleshooting experience (MCP, CTIC, MRCP)
In-depth understanding of Nuance recognizer/vocalizer Installation, Configuration, Management, and Troubleshooting
MS SQL Scripting knowledge
Strong communication skills are needed to work directly with clients
• Analyze requirements and develop detailed designs for implementation
• Troubleshoot; determine root cause; and provide irreversible corrective actions to resolve issues related to the Genesys Customer Interaction Management platform
• Participate in 24 x 7 on call support rotation
• Assist with RFPs for new business opportunities
• Generate or update application and system documentation including testing and integration procedures
• Coordinate upgrades and maintenance
• Provide detailed reports to management on system status
