Our Client, a global contact-centre situated in central Cape Town, currently has exciting jobs for German-speaking Airline Customer Service Consultants to join their diverse and dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:
• Superior foreign language skills in German and English
• Successful completion of secondary education (Matric)
• Computer literacy skills (screen navigation/ typing skills)
• An ability to work rotational, flexible shifts
• An ability to learn and retain information (airport codes/ countries and capitals)
• Customer-centric; providing outstanding customer services

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
• General reservations
• Ticketing
• Assisting customers with airport services (eg, baggage claims)
• Online booking and travel agent support
