Specification
? Completion of daily outbound sales with daily set KPI in the German language
? Meet or exceed daily outbound KPI’s of dials, claims and conversions
? Execute outbound campaigns to identify customers
? Customer relationship building and management
? Cross selling of products and services
? Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
? Performing extra tasks given by managers/supervisors as required
? Excellent time management and adherence to schedule

Requirements
Excellent Command of the German Language (as well as good English skills)
? Matric/ Grade 12
? Own reliable transport is essential!
? Willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment
? Computer Literate

Advantageous Requirements:
? 2 year Experience working in an outbound call center would be an added advantage
