Our Client currently has open positions for German-speaking Airline Consultants and they are waiting for you to join their internationally-diverse team.

Minimum Requirements:

Fluent in German and English (verbal and written skills)
Ability to work 40 hours per week (Operating hours: Monday - Friday between 07h00 - 21h30 with rotational weekends)

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

Providing customer support for incoming queries from customers in German and English
Communicating with customers to ensure understanding of products/ services
Resolving customer's complaints by determining the cause of the problem
Clarifying, explaining and advising the best solution in solving the customer's problems
