Looking for a German speaking Airport Representative for a Tour Company.
Previous experience required:
Good knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas
German speaking capabilities essential (read, write, speak)
Must be well presented
Able to keep very flexible working hours
Drivers licence essential

Duties include:
Welcome passengers at Cape Town International Airport and Cape Town Railway Station
Brief passengers on their stay in Southern Africa
Represent the employer and its’ overseas agents
Sell excursions and transfers to passengers in resort
Handle complaints of passengers while in resort
Be ready and able to assist passengers with any emergency whilst in resort
Handle 24 hour emergency phone while on duty
