Our Client, a well-established company providing tourism services in Southern Africa, currently seeks German-speaking Airport Representatives to provide customer services to their esteemed clientele. The nature of the company involves arranging custom-designed tours, personalized excursions, safaris, city-breaks, as well as bookings regarding accommodation, regional and domestic flights.

Minimum Requirements:
• Sound knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas
• Fluent in German and English (read, speak and write)
• Presentable
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Having a valid driver’s license is essential for this position

Main duties would include, but are not limited to:
• Welcome passengers at Cape Town Airport
• Briefing passengers on their stay in Southern Africa
• Being an ambassador for the Client and its overseas agents
• Sell excursions and transfers to passengers in resort
• Resolving passenger complaints/ emergencies while in resort

This company is situated in Cape Town and the salary would be negotiated by the Client.
