Our Client, an international customer solutions company situated in Claremont, currently has exciting positions available for German-speaking customer service agents.

Main duties would include, but are not limited to:
• Establishing customers' needs by using questioning and listening skills to identify and resolve problems
• Advising customers on the best possible actions to resolve the customer's query
• Demonstrating high attention to detail in all customer interactions in order to ensure all requests and issues are resolved in an effective manner

Minimum Requirements:
• Experience in providing customer service to individuals in German (Essential)
• Experience working with international clients/ customers would be advantageous
• Superior verbal and written skills in German and English
• Matric/ international equivalent of a matric
• Strong computer literacy skills- ability to navigate various screens and systems
• An ability to work rotational 8 hour shifts between 08h00 - 22h00
